W203 replacing a front window?

W203 sedan front window replacement
Hello. A couple of hours ago, I found my driver side front left window vandalized, fortunately, nothing else appears damaged or missing. In doing research here and looking in eBay New and Used OEM parts, I see that there two types of mounting points, a 'U' bracket and the other with 2 holes through the glass. How do I determine before taking the panel off later in the week, which one I have? and what tint do I have? It appear to be a light green? The car is a 2005 C320 sedan Brilliant Silver/ Black interior, built date 05/05/2004.
I got this info from the right side door glass and I'm not sure what any of it means? Thanks, your help would be much appreciated.

It sucks that your window was broken.
If you post your VIN before late Sunday night, I'll see I can find the parts on EPC for your car.

Some Dealers have websites, with EPC running in the background, that will look up part numbers based on the VIN.
Off hand, I forget which ones.

Btw, my PMs (private messages) are turned off. So, you can't PM me your VIN. Sorry.

Good luck.

front window

Defefetnetly, not a way to end a great dinner and get together with a couple of friends, it could have been worse.
I appreciate your offer, VIN: deleted
Thank You very much!

PS: I just read two different eBay vendors replays to my earlier inquiries and they both said "theirs was the right one" the problem is that one has holes the other doesn't and one is the Sports Blue??

Oops, it makes more sense that the front door window was broken.
Check PM.

W203, front window replacement

I removed the door panel today and found that my car has the window regulator part No: A203 720 29 46 LIKZ with the U channel clamping bracket for the glass W/O the holes and Not the one in the EPC parts diagram for my VIN: ?
After loosening the T30 bolts to remove/pick out the small broken glass from the clamps rubber liners, they most be glued? although I found no trace of glue, that was the most tedious and time-consuming part. One of the rubber pieces lining the U bracket ripped beyond useful so I have to get that part # and order the pair as well as the door glass.

bracket with the bolt and rear bracket removed, probably normally not necessary but I had to in order to remove the broken glass pieces impregnated to it.

The U channel damaged rubber liner is on the left, once you remove the T30 bolt the rubber liners have a pocket that holds then in place.

W203 front glass installation

Does anyone know if the glass to rubber fitment requires adhesive for this type of regulator?
I could not find any traces of adhesive so maybe is just pressed by the T30 bolt, asking since getting the broken glass pieces off the U rubber pieces was very difficult.
Thanks.
