loss of power CDI C200 (component stored Y27/9 (Left EGR Positioner) fault
i have a CDi C200 (203) year 2005, mileage 130k, diesel automatic, when i press accelerator there is no power and sometimes it enters into limp mode. Here are the errors that came up after diagnostic: component stored Y27/9 (Left EGR Positioner) Positioner signals fault, glow plug cylinder 1 check lines between cylinder 1 and N14/2 (Glow output stage), glow plug cylinder 4 check lines between cylinder 4 and N14/2 (Glow output stage), Check component N33/2 (heater booster control module) positioner signal fault and Rail pressure monitoring via volume control valve Rail pressure deviation due to air forming in the system when the fuel tank is run empty.
After reading some of the threads here my mechanic perform the basic diagnostic of cleaning the EGR valve, tubes and some sensors. It was later realized that the pipes were oily and this lead to the service of the turbo which was loose inside. There pipes to the inter cooler is oily and it seems as if there is leak because after checking the oil level one litre is needed to reach maximum level. One of my mechanics is saying maybe the catalyst converter is blocked.The engine check light will appear and sometimes disappears.
