C320 Coupe here - 6 Speed, silver/charcoal. It was hard to locate, but worth the wait. Due to work load, I have not been active on this forum. Have 10,000 miles on the coupe and love'n it! Tires are getting thin, but that is what I get for playing too much in the corners. Looked at a '05 Coupe and love the interior and may trade up if/when it gets the 3.5L.

Nah, I wasn't able to drive up to HB yesterday. I'll have to do it later this week. I know you will, but I'll ask anyway, please post pics of when you get the C32 brakes installed, these are going to be sweet !!!!

Tell me, did they include steel-lined/meshed brake lines or are you using your stock lines ? and what do you think / suggest on using Porterfield pads ?
I've heard they dust much less than the stockers, but my worry is that they may be too hard on the rotors ?
Like I said before, would rather spend $ on new pads more often, than more $$$ on rotors just as often.

i could have included the mesh lines for an additional cost. i chose not to because i doubt ill drive hard enough to require them. i really dont need the brakes, but i wanted the look. im going to use the pads which came with them for right now. i cant wait to put these on tomorrow and you know i will post pics!

I only installed a dual square tip. I have enough of the loud exhaust/ lowered/ body kit, etc, etc. Now when I go thru bumps, hahahah I can floor thru that thing...remember those days where you have to go slow up bumps and go almost sideway up a driveway with people behind you almost crashed into you? HAhahhaah that was just embarrasing. I just love my ride the way it is now. It be nice to have the OEM AMG kit tho, damn 05's...I just love it.

Is that the AMG dual square tip ? if so, can you post close-up pictures (AMG logo, exhaust holes), especially underneath where it meets the pipe, and also if you measure the dual square tips from edge [ ]to[ ] edge, what's the length? Thinking of using these AMG tips vice the dual oval tips on a Coupe, but need to know if they will fit. Part # for AMG tips ??? (dual oval or dual square tips)
thanks !

sorry to disappoint you but they are not AMG's. They can be found at just about any muffler shop. But trust me, you gotta find a decent shop that can do it right.

I'm also a new member.

Hi everyone. I'm also a new member although I've been reading this forum as a guest for almost six months. Here's a picture of my car; C180K (yes, it's the lowest end of W203), Bi-Xenon headlamps, CL-look grill, in-tank Broquet fuel catalyst. AV: Pioneer AVH-7550DVD, ArcAudio XXK 4150 & 2100 power amps, Viva woofers & tweeters, DLS subwoofer. Planning to get a set of AMG wheels and bodykit.

Small engine, but I still enjoy driving it

Cheers,
Ted

I KOMPRZ, thanks. Not as good as yours thou You'll enjoy the Xenons. Besides being good for night driving, they really change the look. The grill does is even more.

Still trying to decide 17" or larger wheels. I want it to look a bit sporty, but still want comfort. What's your suggestion?
