Sensor or not ? Brake Pad and rotors
Hi Experts
Id like to clarify a few points about brake pads and rotors for my mecedes ....
I have A Mercedes C240 2003 4Matic Sedan
1. I try to order brakes and rotors kit and sometimes It showed that this model has Brake Sensors in the Front and Rear too.. somthime..only in the Front.... i m confused ..if someone can help me to know what i have to take.
2.One of the Ebay dealers told me that that he sell a pad and Rotors Kit but whthout the brake sensor wire... does it mean that I can order them from amazon or somewhere else ?
3.If I replace the Rotor and Pad in the rear , do I have to replace the Parking Brake as well ? and How Can I Know if they have to be changed ? ( I have scub and stone noise in the rear when I drive , even before i brake )
I hope if you can answer to each point ... i will really appreciate
Thanks so much

Just buy two (or three sensors, they’re a couple of bucks...)
if you replace the rear parking brakes...be prepared to replace the inner (black) dust/debris shields too. Chances are the slot support that holds the springs is/will be shot. More guaranteed if you live in the north east.
