Suggestion please
Check engine light is on in my 07 C230 sport,showing 185F on the dash and AC stop blowing cold air. Scanner is showing ambient air temperature sensor malfunction,so i went ahead and replaced the sensor and i even replaced the evaporator temperature sensor under the dash,after that i disconnected the battery for about 5 minutes to see if it reset the system but no luck. If you have any suggestions or had experienced this before please help me out. im trying to avoid going to the dealer if i could. thank you in advance.

Not sure if this is related but you may have to reset the HVAC system. Hold the defrost and recirculation button for a few seconds until they start alternating flashes. (I assume the system behaves the same for your car as it does for the 2002-2004 pre-facelift ones)
Did the outdoor temperature sensor problem at least fix itself? 185F is the sign of an open circuit (ie disconnected/dead sensor iirc).

Your central gateway and instrument cluster are acting up. This can happen if you allow the car to sit with a weak battery. Make sure your battery is fully charged and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then reconnect. Its like a hard reset on your computer. If that doesn't work you'll need to attack the problem with an a dedicated MB diagnostic scan tool.
