How to reset powered front headrest in C320?

When the car came back from MB after the B-service, the driver's headrest was in a nearly fully extended position and would only move about 1/2" further up (and back). It would not go any lower.

Is there some way to reset this and restore full range of motion short of returning to the dealer?

Kal

i think you put in the up position and continue to hold the button up for 1-3 sec. then lower all the way until down hold for 1-3 sec. then back up and hold for 1-3 sec. im guessing but i would assume its about the same as resyncing the windows and roof, seats etc.

My seat its already working but when I went to get the car (8pm) there was nobody to tell me what they do to it, so tomorrow I will give them a call to know what they did (I also want to know)
