you are overpaying, based on the options you listed. Call around.... you should be able to get the car for at least 200 bucks over invoice. btw.. unless it's been changed for the 05's..... the rear seat doesn't fold down unless you get the package. good luck kimosabe......

Around my parts of the country, a car like that should be closer to 30K or about $1,000 below invoice. It's not like they are giving you 4 years free maintenance like the 2004's.
