Wobble Wobble (Help ME)

I just put some staggered 18s on my car, and the steering wheels wobbles too much, please help me!!!! The wheels were brand new but my friend who mounted them and balanced them said when he was spinning them to balance the wheels it didn't look perfect round!!! Should I get them repaired or my friend recommened that he rotate the tires 180 degrees to see if they make a differerence.

Any spacer used?? I'm guessing it could b a spacer is used to make them staggered. My wheels aren't perfectly round too when they rotate it, but my steering doesn't wobble even after i put 15mm spacer on my front wheels.

Assuming the tires are OK,fit the rims, and the rims are OK....then they are not mounted properly.

if the wheels dont look perfectly round, according to your friend i think you know why the steering wheel is wobbling.
