For the 05's i think you have to turn the ignitition to the first position and then rapidly click the odometer button 3 times and voila you're in. I have an 02 but i read that's how you do it for the new 1s, try it out .

I think the numbers in the display are the scores from the Turkish factory workers using the Canbus connected microprocessors to play WARCRAFT online during lunch and breaks. (rimshot)

1) Turn on the car to at least position 1 (one click clockwise)
(2) Change your instrument pod display until it shows the digital odometer
(3) Turn the car off
(4) Turn the car on to position 1 (one click clockwise)
(5) While the SRS light is on, press the trip odometer reset button three times (you must finish pressing the button three times before the srs light turns off and the odometer reset button is a black stalk on the left side of the instrument pod sticking out perpendicularly)
(6) If everything went well, then a voltage display should come up.
(7) Press the "up arrow" on the left side of the steering wheel twice.
(8) A menu will come up that shows esp dyno mode.
(9) To turn off the dyno mode, repeat the whole process if need be and select w/t 15 off.
(10) I haven't tried to turn it off yet, but I suspect it will take 15 minutes for the car to reset modes. w/t 15 off = wait time 15 minutes off (i am just guessing here)
when you turn dyno mode on it disables ESP and ABS until you turn it off, thats a really good feature for people that track their cars and want ESP fully disabled.
to exit dyno mode you select w/t 15 off and then take the key out and put it back in and it's off, no 15 minute reset wait

Cool, so I just played around with the "dyno" mode, but I'm not sure what exactly its for?? Is it for our cars if we dyno them? Does our car have some sort of internal accelerometer to dyno itself?
Also, what are all the other things in the first screen? One value is oil fill level and another looks like our engine code?

Hey jackass, chill.
Some of us didn't search because there was already a recent, well established thread about it. But since you so elloquently noted that it has been covered, search I will.
Use some manners in the future.
