New secret MFD menu?
Hi,
I guess everybody in this forum is familiar with the ESP/dyno-mode menu on the MFD. "Normally" there are two screens in this hidden mode (the ESP-dyno on/off screen, and the screen that shows the oil-level, instrument cluster version etc.), right? I was foolin' around with it a while ago and guess what... I found one more hidden info screen. There were lots of numbers displayed (something in style with SW3... and some hex-values. I don't have a clue on what those numbers are supposed to show/indicate. Does anyone know???

Hi DtS,
I may be the only one on this forum NOT to know, but where can I find details on the ESP/dyno-mode menu? I don't know what that is, and I feel the need to play with something new.
Thanks

No, the button you use to reset the odometer on the edge of the instrument cluster. Its a little round fellow. Its also used for dimming the dash light level.

1. Turn key to pos. 1
2. Immediately press and hold the odo reset button for ~30 secs.
3. Now (if you were fast enough pressing the button after placed key in pos 1) you will hear a short beep.
4. On the left steering wheel button, press the one that looks like a paper-sheet under another paper-sheet (the lower right if I remember correctly)
5. Now you will see a new menu, that you can nav around just like any of the other menues.
6. To disable this menu, just turn key to pos 0, remove the key, and insert it again

Hrmmm-
My first line under the "up arrow / +" menu has 3 lines
Most were stagnant, but the first line, second part, would go between 0044, 0046... then it leveled at 0046 and would switch to 004E?
Any ideas what that is?
