I installed a new engine in my kompressor and ran beautifully. Took it to fuel up then next door for carwash. Would never start again. No power to any of the systems but had external and internal lights. Optical Key wouldn't even turn. I determined was a bad front SAM due to water intrusion. I found a donor vehicle of the same year and model, even same color. I pulled the SAM out and installed it in mine, bingo all systems come back to life with no malfunction messages. Key turns everything works except it simply won't start. I talked with a local Indy about coding and he told me even if the coding was off that it should start and sounded as if the problem was something else. When I plugged in thrdonor SAM I noticed one plug left to plug in I have no idea what it's for or where it goes, maybe this is the problem? It's a 2 pin connector with one wire, black and green or green and black, it's hard to tell which is the primary color. This is my only car and I've been stuck here for 2 weeks trying to get mobile again. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. My Vin is WDBRN47JX2A311901 if that helps. Thank you all so much
