Replaced EIS, ESL, and ECU now in Limp mode..
Hello,
i have a 2006 c230 sport which I purchased over 7 months ago. 1 month ago the key stopped turning in ignition. After doing research I read on a previous forum now which I cannot find that an alternative to going to the dealer was to replace all 3 components from a used car. So I replaced the EIS, ESL, and ECU and car started right up and drove (everything worked fine) as soon as I turned it off and turned it back on it cranks up perfectly except now whenever I put car into gear (reverse/drive) it does not move at all. It shows on dash as if it’s in gear however I feel like it might possibly be in a limp mode. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
