I was wondering if anyone knew this; I'm thinking about changing the Xenon bulbs to 6000K or 8000K. Do you have to change the whole kit, or can you just get new bulbs.

No, just swap in the high color temp D2S bulb. Note that you will get significantly dimmer lights with those. If you're driving in the city, they will look awesome (make sure you match your other lights to your low beams though, e.g. get the Japanese PIAA blue or purple halogen bulbs). If you drive in the country, then you are screwed.

$26K for 05 C55 fully loaded that's impossible!
$26K should be your Down Payment.

Even with 26k down payment, it will still cost 600-800 per month to pay for the vehicle.

The new 230's stock from the dealer run about 35000, with no options; the price has gone up since 2004, thats just an opinion coming from someone who has just recently done price searching though, you guys have been with this for awhile

I dont understand how some you are so ignorant here. A fully loaded C230 with auto minus nav is about 39k He got 2000 off and your saying he got ripped off? plus some tax it will be about 42. Not everyone here gets there cars UNDER INVOICE. Stop making him feel bad about his purchase, THE CAR HAS BEEN BOUGHT ALREADY. I hate when people have to do this.

No, that's not right, Kelvin is only a measure of color temperature (check this out if you want more info on this http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/primer/j...ure/index.html) and has nothing to do with the brightness of the light, which is measured in lumens. Looks like you're in the Penn State area, so I would stay away from those higher temps because that couple feet of visibility could be the difference between a brand new car and a totalled car.

That's why I said the following:
