Ok so i was changing out an ac actuator and removed the dash and center stack. When I was done I made sure to put everything back in its place but don’t ever remember disconnecting this harness. Can someone tell me what it is and where it goes??? What is rthis?

I have taken my dash apart several times and have never seen that connector. Not in that part of the car at least. The connector looks like the one for the rear license plate lights, which obviously doesn't apply here.

I have removed the tape and whatever it says underneath is gone. Guess it’s been there awhile. The tape has made whatever is written illegible.
