Thanks cc4469 and JeT. I paid US$44 for the cable (A 203 540 61 07) from a dealer here in CA and I installed it today by myself. Everything is pre-wired and the connectors fit very well with my '05 W203. The installation is very simple, it took me less than an hour to finish
I am very happy now
I can listen to my all my ipod music without using those poor quality FM Transmitters :v

I second Diamond's request. Could you take a pic of the area in which the aux in connector is hidden? Door sill is kinda vague for me!
Thanks

I did some noob poking at my car, and this is what I found:
I held down the CDC button in my center stack. After a couple of seconds, the display showed AUX!!! So it seems the software is there. What about the hardware?
In the right-hand interior wall of my glove compartment, the fuzzy lining has a faint circle carved into it. This is in the same location as I have seen the AUX-plug in photos people have taken of their C230's with COMAND and the AUX-plug built-in.
I pried a little bit at the *exterior* right-hand wall of my glove compartment, and the plastic panel came loose. I could not get it all the way off (the top would not come out, but the bottom would. I was afraid if I pulled more something in the top attachment would snap and break). But I could pull it back enough to see inside. All I saw was padding. I could not see the female connector that is shown in other photos in this thread.
I lifted up the padding and poked at the other side of the little faint circle, thinking it would pop out into the glove compartment, leaving a hole where the AUX-in miniplug might be installed. It would not pop out under moderate pressure from my finger.
Stymied, I pushed the plastic panel back in and cried.
None of the other paneling near the glove compartment seemed to want to budge in response to my feeble fingers.
I then gave up.
Help anyone?

I'm really eager to see these pics!
I called up my dealer to schedule an appointment for my first service, and while I was at it I asked about an AUX input. The service advisor knew nothing, and then he transferred me to the shop foreman who didn't know anything about it as well.
Parts could not even tell me about the aforementioned part. A picture and how to install it did not even come up in their system.
All the electronics (AUX in, Phone) for the '05's are kinda weird, the dealers don't know squat!

Ask your dealer for the wiring harness A 203 540 61 07 (should be about 30$).
There is a connector (male, 4 pins) located inside the right door sill near the A-pillar. When you install the A 203 540 61 07 into the glove box on one hand side and connect it to the vehicle headunit harness, you will have your Aux-In option.
This only works with MY05 and later vehicles. Be sure your headunit supports Aux-In (press CDC-button for more than 2 seconds).
