Memory seat via points ?

Memory seat via points ?
Howdy Folks:
Whenever I use my key after my wife has used hers, I am sent fully forward and raised to where my knees touch the dash and my head hits the visor before returning to my preset position. We are both ~ 5'6" and her setting is more forward and upright than mine. Is there any way for me to go from entry to final position without riding thru this uncomfortable via point? I did not find anything about it in the book, will I have to wait for the movie?
