Hello! I am wondering if the M271.940 engine would fit in my C180 even though it has the M271.946 engine?

Once the engine is out it will be a simple job swapping manifolds and things. I one had to do this on a Nissan Primera. A few months after I did all this work. Some plonker rear ended the car and wrote it off.
On another note. The car insurance was transferred to another cheap car while the Nissan was off the road. When I fixed the Nissan I phoned the Insurance to transfer back. Being proud of my work I told them I changed the engine myself. They would not insure me. Simply went to another and company kept my mouth shut.
