I try to change halogen H7 normal with this H7 led set today. (55w, 6500 K)

I have to say the visibility is very good.

That definitely looks pretty good. How's the light cutoff?

I haven't set it yet because the sharpness can be adjusted with 360 degrees rotation and regulation. For now, I just lowered the right beam from a driver view, a bit lower with a fine adjustment on the headlight because it was quite blinding when I went to test and look outside the vehicle from a distance. So I set it up so that everything is normal now and the visibility is still great.

Looks like a rather large heat sink. Were you able to pack all of that inside the headlight housing with the cap closed?

Just curious. Have you tried fitting that inside the high beam side?

Also have you checked to see if anything melted on the low beam side with your current installation?

for now I will not buy additional ones for high beam, but I do not understand why it would melt if the temperature of LED bulbs is lower than ordinary halogen bulbs and this technology worked so well that it would practically be installed in new vehicles instead of hid or xenon bulbs.

For a halogen bulb the heat is dissipated inside the reflector area, which would be designed for this. For your LED kit the heat is dissipated outside the reflector area where the heat sink fins are, so there is a possibility you may melt the outer enclosure or cap. Not saying it'll happen for sure, but it's definitely something I would keep an eye out for.

i agree i will make a round hole in the cover that is close to the fan, because when the lid is closed it cannot dissipate heat well out.

You don't want to do that though, as the headlight will no longer be waterproof.

I would just keep an eye on it to see if anything shows signs of warping or melting. If nothing happens you're good to go.

the problem is if the light is not waterproof from the outside and water cannot get inside from the inside, only dirt can get inside, but with a small hole it is not such a big problem.

The headlights already come with a small vent hole. They are only 99% waterproof. Water and condensation trapped inside can still get out, albeit very slowly. It's a small hole 1-2mm in diameter.
