So after the seat mod we still have an unknown draw. So poking around under the seat i put the voltmeter on the brown wire in the adjacent plug and found it to have 9.88 volts when the key is off and out. Maybe this is the draw? Anyone with an idea? Thanks
Why are you taking voltage measurements looking for a current draw? Connect amp meter and Start disconnecting units if the drain is very high like over 5 amps. Start at alternator.. split the supply to fuse box to narrow the path down. Easy job! 30min you should know what the cause is
We disconnected the alternator. We have taken all relays and fuses out as i posted earlier. Yesterday i posted that there is a plug adjacent to the one i did the seat mod on that has a brown wire and a brown/blue wire in it. The brown wire on this plug has 9.88 volts on it with the key off and out unless i pull fuse #2 in the rear box.. My inquiry was does anyone know if this could be the draw and why does it have an odd voltage. Thanks

Any change on the ammeter since you carried out this change?
We now have a .2 amp draw on fuse # 64 in the under hood fuse box and a .3 amp draw on fuse #40 in the passenger compartment fuse box. 64 shows to be for audio control and 40 shows to be for multifunction control in a taxi.
Thsts 0.5 amp. What is the draw when connected to the battery?
After 15 seconds when the low humming noise stops in the passenger compartment there is a .5 amp draw. Then after a few more seconds it is a .3 amp draw. Being unfamiliar with the low humming noise (barely audible) i can only guess it is a hard drive compiling data before shutting down.
