kindly support to identify below part as water coolant leaks from it and pls advise what to do to resolve the leakage issue.

Note the car Model is C180 kompressor 2005

Trace the leak upwards. The only coolant pipe I can think of above that leak area is the long one above the exhaust manifold - the one in the 1st photo with with the rectangular sticker.

Why is your coolant pink? Always thought the MB approved coolant is either beige or blue.
