Just a question..how much do you think my coupe is worth?

Orion Blue, C7, Paitned red calipers, Bose, Panaroma Roof, 2 tone leather seat, H&R springs...HID Lights....white signal indicator and parking lights..less then 4000 miles..actually..onli 30XX.....no accidents....

 

the red calipers worth at least an extra $1000 more

My salesmonkey called to see if I wanted to sell my car...apparently he has a hot buyer for an Orion Blue car, and they're out of thier allocation and can't get any more....

I told him I'd consider an offer for MSRP including all options....and price consideration on an AMG Coupe when available.

 

I'll give you $400 ... (need a winter car)(j/k)

my dealer was asking almost the same price for his demo cars as new ones, i saw one with 8000 miles, and it wasn't even on the used lot. but then again, i saw a 2003 sl on the used lot for 125000. it had like 100 miles on it.

 

Actually, this is something the dealers do to sell a rare car above MSRP. They immediately buy a car from a customer who has purchased one and then sell it as used (I'm sure the customer gets some kind of sweet deal in exchange). DaimlerChrysler doesn't allow a dealer to add mark-ups to a brand new car, it must be sold for MSRP; however, they can sell a "used" car for whatever they want. And there are plenty of dudes with $125K burning a hole in their pocket that don't want to wait for an order to arrive in 2-3 months (might be an even longer wait for the new SL).

There was a Demo Model at my dealer which they sold. My rep. told me they got close to what a new one is worth. So your still in good shape. You should at least get close to what you paid for it.
