NO! that was Will he came with his two friends and had his car for nearly 6 months. didnt put the plates on his car because of the toll roads.
Massimo LA bought his black C230WZ 5 days ago. its also an 04.5
SleeperZZZ (Orlando) had the 2003 C240 with 04.5 WZ wheels.

I know you were leaning for 19" wheels.... most recommended 18" wheels for the ride quality, but I also heard some guys at the meet saying that 19" weren't that bad. I guess it's all relative. With 19" I would think you would also need better suspension, which equals more $$$.... I say take it easy on the mods, and when you start your search, ask the hard questions !
