That even though we have Z-Rated tires the limit is still 130 or 135 whatever one it is, since the US and Damler-Benz had an agreement as stated in so many other threads I have read! The AMG models get the 155 limit, that was all I was saying! You may say that I was trying to clarify your statement!

At some point a traffic violation changes from a civil to a criminal offence. A clear example is DWI or vehicular homicide. In Rhode Island, another example is reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor for the first offence and a felony for the second.

What about when you've been a witness against yourself, to the whole world? When your words define the crime AND you've been considerate enough to add supplemental images and video.
While I am no lawyer or police officer I do believe you can not incriminate yourself. As well as the fact that there is no real way to prove that photo or video unless of course you are dumb enough to have yourself clearly in it! Now yes taking a picture of yourself breaking the law can be used against you, talking about it on the internet could be easily defended as you being a ****y stupid ******* or lieing about it as well. But who knows the way our ffreedoms and righte have been removed from us lately.

It may be that you are not REQUIRED to incriminate yourself. There are not intelligence requirements that would preclude one from incriminating oneself.

C320 Coupe
C320 is govern'd at 135. At 134 it is still excellerating hard. By the way, speed never killed anyone. It's the difference of speed that hurts so bad!!

The Man decided to pull me over because I was driving better than he.

An unmarked trooper was obstructing traffic with a rolling road block. He was paying so much attention to my advancement that he neglected to notice that his lane was coming to a stop for people waiting to turn left.

He had to put on his lights to break out of the stopped traffic and then blow through a red light to get me.

The explanation was that I was driving aggressively. I didn’t argue, as I knew the definition of aggressive driving in Rhode Island, but this was Massachusetts. The trooper settled on fabricating an unsafe lane change charge for the ticket and sent me on my way with a $20 charge.

From my perspective, I was correcting your error, which is listed here.

Summary offense
Misdemeanor (of various degrees)
Felony (of various degrees) = deep doo doo

Changing from no enforcement of laws, for the first three hazards, to strict enforcement, would have a significant improvement of the problems we all endure on a daily basis. I have witnessed a state trooper tailgating, swerving and cursing a lane obstructer, instead of issuing a much deserved moving violation. Until that attitude changes, there will never be the next significant step in highway safety improvement.
It is unsafe for a trooper to establish a rolling roadblock. It is even more dangerous to do this in an unmarked vehicle. I still believe that highway safety would be significantly improved if enforcement of laws against obstructing the passing lane, cellular telephone usage and absence of attention to driving changed from no enforcement to strict enforcement.
