Side mirrors not responding

Side mirrors not responding
Can someone tell me all the possibilities that can make my side mirrors stop working? My turn signal lights are working just fine, my mirrors aren't responsive. I press the buttons to control them and they don't even move in the slightest way.

thanks for the response, since I've posted this thread I have learned so much more about my side mirrors not working. it's the motors that stopped working.

That's not true at all. The module can indeed be taken apart like anything else. Just be careful not to break the clips.
Did both mirrors stop moving, or is it just 1 side?
I used to have a problem with the L mirror not moving every once in a while. Turns out that the rubber "button" (underneath the plastic button you push) for the R mirror (selector button) occasionally got stuck in the "pushed in" position, so when I selected the L mirror, the car got confused because it thought both mirror selection buttons were being pushed down at the same time. A drop of silicone lube fixed the problem.
These switch assemblies aren't known for failing electrically at all. I'm wondering if both your L and R selector buttons are stuck.
The other possibility off the top of my head is a blown fuse.

yes, occasionally the buttons do get stuck from time to time. I switched the motors out on both of them and nothing happening. I do have a message talking about the right mirror.

Don't use WD-40. It's known for degrading rubber parts. Just pick up a can of silicone spray lube at the local hardware store for a few bucks.
WD-40 is really only meant to displace water (WD = Water Displacement).

I haven't bought the silicone spray yet, but I wanted to know what fuse should I change to get the mirrors to turn, MIRROR ADJUSTMENT FUNCTION (21,22,63)
