I recebtly got a c230/w203 sport with all tech package and Ive been wanting to play music from my phone recently in the glove compartment i saw there was a ipod connector i tried hooking that up and worked perfectly fine. After some research i found out that there was a hidden aux female connector and I plugged the male to make connector to play music from my phone but i wasn't able to get sound out of it even after having both my radio and phone volume all maxed. Does anyone else have this problem? If so let me know what could be wrong. Thanks 🙃

 

I think you have to push and hold some button (maybe the CDC button?) on the radio to flip it to the glove box aux in. Unfortuantely I don't have a facelifted car so can't check for you.

Maybe someone with a facelifted radio can chime in.
