Key stopped being recognized or turning

Hello, I have a 2003 C320 4Matic Wagon, and the key stopped being recognized. When I insert key in ignition, I don't hear the click and it doesn't turn. Battery is good and sufficiently charged, but upon inspection of the engine fuse compartment, I noticed some leaves and debris have clogged the windshield drains and some water has recently got into the fuse box. Not a terrible amount, but when I pulled fuse 55 on the lower left location there was some water, along on the first row of pins on the ECU. I then promptly pulled all the fuses and relays, along with all ECU wire connectors, and blow dried out all the moisture. I checked all fuses and they seem to be intact, and I then when putting them all back together, I still cannot get the key to be recognized. What are some steps I can take to help diagnose the issue?

Connect Das and read faults and look at actual values.
