I have a coolant leak on the passenger side underneath on the backside of the engine belly pan IS located. so what would be the cause or where else can i look to fix it?

 

With any leak, wipe up the mess and see where it reappears. I don't know too much about the V6 but if it's anything like the I4 then chances are that a plastic pipe cracked where the o-ring is located.

Also I think you have a M112 V6 and not a M111.
