Hello,
my 02 c240 has been intermittently not turning on for months, you would need to turn the key multiple times for it to turn over at certain times. now it wont turn on at all

tested the battery and included a video with the sound its making



I tested it with a multimeter and attached a photo of the measure.

I'm thinking that it should turn over if I replace the starter and solenoid, any help is greatly appreciated the car is stuck on the road and i can't move it

When’s the last time you changed it cuz that will do it too

I suspect worn starter motor bushes to be the problem.
