Rear air vents
Hello to everyone.
I’m having some problems on my rear air vents (they are hard to move around), and I want to ask, is it possible to remove the rear air vents without disassembling the center console?

to remove, you have to release the two inner tabs, remove ashtray and you’ll see them in their respective slots-push them out to release unit.

I can report that after a short amount of time - my rear armrest section is a lot less noisy.
I put fabric backed black loom tape inside the assembly wherever plastic touched or rubbed - so far this time has paid off as it is much less “cheap” and plastic-y sounding.
I recommend taping the inside seams and contact points with similar fabric loom tape upon reassembling.
