Hi does any one know the correct way to change a brake booster pump, it’s easy to get to as its right at the front on the right hand side, I just want to know if there is something that needs to be done other that swapping over a new one?

Mine is making a very loud noise even when the car is off, plus it’s gets very hot.

Nothing special just replace it and make sure there are no vacuum leaks
