W203 - ESL voltage problem after changing EIS

First of all, I'd like to say hello to everyone here.

I've got weird problem - recently my EIS broke. I gave it to repair and locksmith cloned it to another one. I plugged in emulator and it was working pretty good for a few days. Now I found that emulators led indicators are not flashing so I checked voltage on the ESL plug and here is problem - there is 0.3V (shold be 12). Chcked all the fuses, cables - all seems ok. Do you have any idea what should I do next? (on previous EIS there is the same problem - its not EIS fault - there is 12V in EIS)

Thanks for any help.
