03 c32 idles at 1k won’t go past 1.2k

I have an 03 c32 I installed a smaller pulley, 550cc injectors, downpipes and headers. After flashing the car and turning on it died after 5 seconds and continued to do so everytime I tried. I plugged in scanner and through das gave me code (p2007). I cleared it and the car ran fine until I tried giving it gas to which it just revés to 1.2rpm and bogged no throttle response. I have new coil packs wires and spark plugs all oem

Put it back to its original configuration. There is a reason why the engineers in Stuttgart designed it as is, why mess around with it and then have problems?

pretty sure it’s not bc of any mods and rather a vacuum leak due to high idle. Was already lien that prior to THIS configuration. Just wanna know if anyone has some insight, otherwise not sure what the point of commenting is if you’re of no help.

With these kind of mods it's best to change 1 thing at a time if possible.

P2007 is intake manifold actuator, bank 2. Did you physically check to see if the throttle bodies are working? 2 person job obviously. The throttle body is what ultimately controls the revs. Is there a loose electrical connector to the throttle body?

If all else fails, as others have mentioned, flash the car back to stock and see if the problems go away.
