temperature fluctuating and fan comes on high very soon
my w203 c230 the temperature fluctuating all the time as you between 80-96 C°.i think this thing is not normal because i tested that after 90C° the radiator fan is on and close to 96C° runs on high like a turbine and after 30 seconds the temperature goes to 80° and the radiator fan is off again...this thing is happening all the time.to mention that the AC is off and the temperature outside is winter about 5° C.please enlight why the fan comes on high so soon enough especially in this winter days.to mention i noticed that the upper hoses of the radiator is getting hot after 95C° and then the temperature in getting down in the gauge and is closing the fan.and please if anyone knows in which temperature the fan comes on?

Check your coolant level. If that doesn't fix it, check the coolant pump next, though it does sound like the pump is working.
Sounds like the radiator is working fine.
The AC system is separate and unrelated. It has its own condenser.
Are you only using OEM or quality aftermarket parts? There are plenty of shady aftermarket parts out there that are total garbage.
