Your signature mentions a C240, so I am assuming it's a sedan/wagon. FYI the sedan/wagon have quite a few different parts from the coupe, so you might want to specify in your signature.
The official name for the part is "trim plate". For the sedan/wagon the PN is 203-680-70-39-xxxx for automatic transmission and without sport, but I would not blindly use this PN. Check with a local dealer by providing your VIN. There are several variants of panel depending on transmission type and trim/sport package.
The xxxx is the colour code.
