if you are running around with just the Euro plate you definitely get pulled over. You can put the CA plate over it however since there isn't a law saying there can't be something behind the CA plate.
ya.....but who wants to do that? The CA plates look so bad, that why I just have my dealer plates still on

I'll tell you all about it early next year, when I move to Stuttgart,
and my C-Coupe is transformed a bit by those crazy Germans in Affalterbach !

great attention to detail

at the brake dust comment. should I take off the wheel to clean it... hmm....

the thing is connected to the lower suspension arm actually. it's the rear auto leveling sensor for the headlights.

I shoulda figured it was for the lights after reading about it so much.

The underside of my car from that perspective looks VERY similar... including the brake dust...

it's so worth it every once in a while to take your wheels off and clean up everything. Pre-treat before rust develops. Look for leaks, check bushings, springs, and brake lines. Get rid of that thick caked-on brake dust, and generally just make it look nice for the photo-shots !

Great - you found it & replied before I could.

Tru that's what we were talking about. The Yaw sensor has been located finally in one of the other threads under the back seat so now you have the whole BiX set up. Front sensor, rear sensor, yaw sensor - microprocessor.

And his garage floor - I'd be happy to eat breakfast off of that. Mine looks like the bottom of a bird cage. Reminds me of my friends that trailer their cars to Concours.

Must send Carlos these to keep clean - see pic

yup, you were right. there is a sensor for the rear. I just didn't remember it was on the swaybar like the front, but there it is.

Plate looks like it's centered, Frank. Is it snug? Should sit against the europlate frame with very little give.

What's that in the back seat Frank?

I would have placed the sticker a little higher even with the Carlsson badge or on a corner of the rear/front window/windshild.

Japanese anime character: Gloomy (aka violent bear)

thought about having the letter part even with the carlsson badge, but the track map will get seperated by the line on the trunk, so i placed it lower.
