Yup, no more C32 for me. I am going to be getting an E500, and in about a year when the new E55 AMG is out, I will be trading the E500 in for one.
It's already ordered, I am taking delivery late August, early September.

Timmy, you have the strangest things happen to you. Thankfully you come thru mostly unscathed.
Glad you didn't pull out the Glock... Your story seemed to say you didn't sense you were in immediate fear for your life... you would have had to pass that test if you drew down on the guy. Cool Head, dude. Two thumbs UP.
Obviously you didn't volunteer to the badges that you had the Glock in the car... They would have treated both of you to a ride downtown, towed your car, and your story would have taken a darker turn. Cool, Head again, dude. Two Thumbs Up (again).
You are one intelligent young man... Peace, and keep those windows up for awhile.

Tim, with all of your luck, you should begin to consider what your next car you will get... may I suggest an S500 Guard?

Yum
All this talk of clawed bullets and shredding human nerves, organs and other tissues is making me proud to be a human being.

Whats next? Kidnapped by aliens? Interesting stories, but where's the proof?
I've enjoyed the stories and the sympathetic responses, but I'm not viewiong them as more than interesting fiction until I see some posts of scans of newspaper stories or police reports. BTW, police reports in my town are available 24 hours after the event. I think "truck hits stopped car at 45 mph" and "carjacking" would be items of interest for the local newspaper!

While I dont have the police reports for the accident I do have the repair orders from the body shop. I will go buy a scanner so i can post them.
The police feports in my vity take 72 hours to get on the web. I have also previously stated that there were no news crews present because of the relatively short time from start to finish.
DrMike you are starting to act like that punk kid that started *****ing about "IF YOU REALLY HAVE THE CAR POST A PICTURE OF IT". But just to make you happy I will go but a scanner today so i can make you happy. NAH on second thought, what you think don't mean **** to me.
Just one question, why would I lie about it.

Why was it so predictable that the scan would not occur, because "I don't have to prove anything to anyone"? LOL. I could see that one coming from a mile away.
How about a link to the website of your local paper? The local papers check all the police reports every day (That's how they get their news). A car-jacking such as you describe would ALWAYS at least make the local news. Your fanciful story, with the Teleaid tossed in, would likely not only make the local news, but the *national* news. Its that good.
You still seeing the young lady from your previous crash story?

Why would you lie about it? You really don't want me to start answering that. In 10 years of working with inmates in Federal prisons and 20 years working with addicts, I was trained by some of the all time best liars in the country. One thing that always gets my BS meter moving is when someone gets indignantly angry at any questioning of the truth of their difficult to believe tales.
When conclusive proof appears you will have my sincere apologies for any questioning of the truth of your stories.

Timmy, here's a link you may find useful: www.readersdigest.com
Your boss pays you $750/month to drive a car in your Dad's name? I think I'd like to work for him.
I can't believe I've replied to this thread twice now...(banging head on keyboard)

There is no proof that it did happen, nor is there proof that it did not happen, this argument is going nowhere.
No more flames from hereon out, I will not hesitate to lock this thread.
