Trying to find out the Piston Quantity on My Brake Calipers

I have a 2007 C230 Sport Mercedes-Benz with 05-07 OE front brake calipers and I'm trying to find out how many pistons the calipers have. I'm going to be soon purchasing a new set of brake pads and rotors and I need to know if I can keep my current ones or replace them because I'm looking to purchase some Centric rotors from Carparts.com and they say the fitment requires two piston calipers.

I believe the calipers are single piston models but I'm not completely sure, the pictures below are the same model that I have.
