hey carlos i was ondering, your tip is larger than a C230 coupe without C7. you didnt have C7 on your C320, was you tip always bigger. im planning on exhaust and front suspension like we talked about saturday. im happy with the rear i just wanna bring the front down some.

I'll attend this one for sure. But I'll me slighty intimidated bringing a 1990 300E to the meet. haha I was looking at the list and all I can say is wow.
A lot of VW's and Audi's attending but it should be a good show since those are fairly nice cars when fixed up. Hopefully a lot more Benz owners will register....can that Hookers parking lot even accomidate that many cars?

yeah there are always alot of VW's and audi's. the last time Frank was there, Sparissa , SleeperZZZ, a 190E 2.3, (2) 2004.5 C230WZ, myself and a SLK32. Frank and the SLK32 left early. we are tyring to get rmore MB's out at meets like this. otherwise we'll have more mini's than us.
i dont know. i dont go to hooters, food is way over priced, quality sucks, eye candy doesnt lure me. the last two so cal euro meets i went to were at the Old Ikea Parking lot in Tustin.
i remember now, i went to this last jan. there is a parking garage there with vendors on the top level. it gets packed and its a good turn out. this one doesnt include a drive this is just checking out cars. really diverse groups!

That was me that drove from Las Vegas. I enjoyed meeting everyone at the meet and hope to join you guys and gals at the next get together. After seeing the mods in person, I plan on getting the xenon lights, convex mirrors, and the rear spoiler for my 230k.
The next day (Sunday) I cruised Hollywood Blvd and Beverly Hills before I drove home.

Sounds really good to me then. I can't wait. even though im going to be way tired cause the day before I'll be coming back from a trip from mammoth. but its worth it!

I think there's a lot of everything. Dont get me wrong, the VW's and Audi's usually represent the most.
But there's plenty of BMW and Mini's coming out. Looks like a pretty good list of Mercedes also.
The last NorCal vs SoCal, there were like 25 Volvos representing
so dont try to say your old E is old compared to a Volvo 242
i think our events are always fun and diverse ... dont forget the Raffle !!

There is an AMG coupe picture i have somewhere with dual-side single-tip exhaust. I'll have to dig it up and post it or send it to you.
Only thing I'm missing for a true C7 package is the steering wheel and removal of resonator. But I'm getting the Formula 1 AMG Safety Car Steering Wheel, so that should make up for it. And when I install the Euro Coupe AMG exhaust, I'll have the resonator removed too !
I'm going to kick the rear up just one small notch, and then add spacers to get the tires out just a little bit more and flush with the new AMG rear bumper and wheel well.

yeah i have seen the dual tips on the C32 Coupe from mbspy.com. your car is looking great! i was wondering cuz we were parked next to each otehr and i remembered you didnt have C7. hard to tell now though!

teddy was his name i think, the guy with the 420SEL. he called his car an 85 when i asked the year, but i think he was referring to production date. the 85 W126 s-classes were 380SE, 500SEL, and 300SD if i remember right. in 86 the was the facelift and new engines were introduced: 300, 420, 560. i looked at the production date on the door and it read 10/85. anyhow, he and krista chatted about tech's at the meet. they were disappointed there weren't more older models out there. hopefully we'll continue to get more in the future. the girl with the 450SL. they are both members on benzworld.org.
