I got problem with my w203 om611 engine. Everything started with turbo sound change. After 1500rpm it sounded like leaking air but no leak found. Now it won't start at all. Engine spins for 2 seconds, from exaust comes out black smoke and stalls. I tried removing temperature sensor from DPF and starting like that but it didn't work. DPF, Fuel pump, intake system, injectors - everything works good. I think that it might be turbo actuator problem or turbo vanes are stuck, Can someone help?
