Brand new battery drained in 4 days
This is the second brand new battery from wally, drained after 4 days of install. The first one drained after 2 weeks. They exchanged it for a new one. This one drained as well. This car was hardly used for the last 2 years, but at storing it I serviced etc, then it just sat stored. It has a brand new battery, passed state inspection, but it has a battery drain problem as it drained in 4 days after install. I charged the battery and it read 13.1 volts, (later after battery tests it cranked just fine.)
To chase down the drain, I disconnected the -ve terminal and connected a test light as per this utube method
Next used a matsuyi multimeter. Amps reading didn't change nothing even turning on something like head lights, even though they didn't turn on. Multimeter was steady reading at 01.57A to 01.155a no matter if I turned on anything or not; maybe I don't know how to properly test this function with this multimeter. However, I was expecting at east the first method above to indicate something. Tonight I have disconnected seat modules for the night and see how that will affect battery by tomorrow. Any suggestions, ideas...???

To chase down the drain, I disconnected the -ve terminal and connected a test light as per this utube method here. The test light came on immediately. I went about disconnecting each fuse, to see the test light will dim but it stayed steady on. Bummer.
