C320 Blower Not shutting off vent
Hi, I'm new to the forums and found it trying to find an answer to my problem.
My problem: I have a 2002 C320 with 101,000 miles. Whenever I run the heater or ac, the vent that is on the sunroof cover continuously blows cold air. How do I stop this? I have read the owner's manual, but can't find anything about this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there.. I hope this helps... Review the sunroof settings in your car. Some vehicles equipped with panoramic sunroofs have an option to ventilate by opening a small gap in the sunroof to allow fresh air to circulate. Ensure this setting is turned off or adjust it to prevent the constant airflow.

Do the AC self test (press defrost + recirc for 5 seconds), lights will blink and all flaps will be moved it stops after 20 seconds. If it fails you have a broken flap motor or lever.
