Oil in spark plug cylinder/should i also use block sealer

I have a 2004 C230K, have oil in #1-3 & clearish liquid in #4 in the spark plug cylinders. Should i also add block sealer?

liquid n oil
clearish liquid in one cylinder. I am replacing the valve cover gasket, should i also use block sealer?

I don't know what that gunk is but there are seals inside the valve cover for each cylinder.

Hopefully there aren't any cracks. Might want to just replace the valve cover seals (1 big one, 4 small ones).

With that said, that does look suspiciously like coolant. Hopefully that isn't a failed head gasket.

Ya my friend said it was radiator fluid
