What do you think?

As I was driving to the bank on Thursday, November 11, 2004 with my sister who was visiting from Pittsburgh, a stupid girl ran a stop sign and hit me. My sister and I are pretty banged up and we spent the night in the hospital but thank goodness we are still alive. From what the cop told me, the stupid retarded girl was only driving for three months. I included pics of my benz, from looking at the pictures, does it look like the insurance company will total it?

Unofortunatly???
be grateful its totaled. I suffered a pretty bad accident and my insurance company didn't total it for me and the car hasn't been the same. Glad you guys are okay.

Glad to hear you're okay. Just wondering, but why do you have Euro plates on the front?

I live in delaware, and my state doesn't have a front and back license plate. They just have a rear plate... so I put a personalized euro plate on the front.

The cop thinks she was going 30 while I was going 50. Fun Fun Fun. Here is a pic of her car that I took at the inpound lot. Thanks everyone for your thoughts, I'm sick as a dog from the air bag dust and, so it seems, smoke. I haven't been this sick for about six years. But I'm still alive.

Glad to hear now one was seriously hurt. Unfortunately, I don't think it is totaled. It looks like most to the damage is infront of the axle line. There are no crumples in the roof and the front door still looks aligned properly. This indicates minimal frame damage. It will be a fight to get it totaled.
