SCM module CPU transistor faulty

So I got an issue with my Steering Control Module / electrical system, I keep going through CPU transistors where afterwards the SCM won’t communicate, to the point where I can’t even check fault codes on the module because it won’t communicate.

I’ve noticed a bunch of fault codes in the ESP module that seem related after I plug in a repaired SCM module, that clear and don’t come back, but the SCM module’s CPU transistor will fail again too.

Anyone else familiar with this issue and what may be causing it?
