[Help] Fix shifter aesthetics +PICS

Hi all, I had this little plate come off the shifter yesterday and would like to fix it.

Does anyone know what can be done here?

If you don't mind the plastic piece being cracked, just glue it back on. Otherwise you're looking at another shift knob unfortunately, whether it be from a wrecker or the dealer.
