Sport Suspension or Regular ?

Looking to replace a drop link ( end link ) on my W203
My supplier also lists parts for " Sports Suspension "
My car is a C240 Avantgarde SE. 2002 plate

Does it have regular suspension or sports ? It has a small exhaust ( not a big AMG style. ) It has regular discs ( not slotted or dotted ) and it has standard calipers.
Here is a photo...

Thanks

I have checked the VIN online and it does not list "486" or "949" which should indicate that it has standard and not sport suspension

Based on the description It'll mostly likely have the non sport suspension. Avantgarde isn't "sporty". Neither is C240.

The only relevant difference is the sway bar hole size (10mm vs 12mm).

My understanding is only the AMG models (C32) use the 12mm. Everyone else (including my "sport" coupe) uses 10mm stock. On that note, if you want an easy upgrade for sportier handling, install AMG sway bars on the car.

Look up your VIN# on https://www.lastvin.com/#google_vignette. It will list if you have the sports suspension or not. I believe sports suspension is 486. Regular suspension is 485.

My W204 has the 486 "Sports Suspension" and also the 954 "Equipment Package For Avantgarde Vehicles".

* i just noted at the bottom you say you already looked up your VIN and it doesnt say. I would go down to your local MB parts dept with your VIN and ask them. They were able to look up my VIN and tell me which rear spring upper shims came with the car originally. So im sure they can give you the correct part # your car came with.
