U.S. vs. European Bi-Xenons
Greetings and salutations to all...
Recently, I saw an ad in eBay for "European Version Bi-Xenons" wherein the seller claims that due to this fact these have much higher light/brightness output. I tried doing a search within the forum on this topic but nothing significant came up, hence this post.
Is there any veracity in this claim? If so, can anyone elaborate as to what is the difference in light output or bulb temperature between the two? Also, is there a difference in the light projection pattern?

I can tell you that right now, the brightness of the both, they are the same. I have the Euro spec Bix and my gf has OEM US spec, they light up the same except the pattern. The stock bulb 4300k is the brightess you can see visually, but I had to change it out to a 6000K. Now the color is much much (blueish) whitter, but I lost a little bit of visibility....but its ok, they are still bright enough.

the color temperature rating is in kelvins. Stock is 4300K.A little more whiter 5000k. Then more towards blue is 6000K. Then after that you get purpleish but the light quality diminishes
