2002 C230 Kompressor coupe W203 actuator
Good day,
My supercharger is not working. I tried resetting the flap as shown in other videos but no luck. I tried getting a reading on the actuator plug with no joy. we traced the wiring harness and found the same type of plug on top near the MAF and when we plugged the power in, the actuator flap moved. My question now is, do I replace the wiring harness or is there another unit that provides power to the actuator that work works with the supercharger.

A lot of factors determine whether your car will allow boost.
If you think there's a problem with the wiring check the voltage at the connector.
See attachment. I replaced my "recirculating air flap" twice and each time it worked
for a while and quit. Upon replacing my MAF with a NOS Siemens MAF from 2002
everything starting working perfectly. Of course check your codes, it will tell you
if the MAF is giving trouble. You can start by cleaning it with MAF cleaner.
I'm assuming you've checked your codes. No? Post them.
The flap not kicking in is 'limp' mode so if there's a vacuum leak or some
other issue it won't kick in and no voltage, get it? Check your hoses etc.
