I in my infinite wisdom have snapped off the brake bleed screw on my 2002 c230 k on the front right caliper. It didnt loosen at all so thankfully the brakes still work. I have the tools to get it out but I dont want to do so until i have a replacement screw. I havent been able to find this particular part anywhere and am wondering if other c class bleeder screws will work for my car. It has the base model brake calipers if that matters. appreciate any advice!

Undo and remove the caliper to extract the offending bleed screw and (this time) buy an OEM or MBZ fitting sized as 100% for sure in your hands.
That’s assuming you’ve got a stealership or parts house nearby. I ordered some off RockAuto for the BBK on my caddy. They were plated on the threads. Uh, NO! Those did not get installed in the Brembo 6 pots.

how much should the amg calipers be? would i need to also replace the discs and the pads? ive been wanting to get the amg calipers but am unsure of which ones I need and also whether i need to replace just the calipers or the whole caliper pad disc assembly, in which case id wait until my pads are gone. And yes I know of a picknpull that has a 2002 c230 in my cars color and trim actually (a pretty golden find i know) its just a bit of a drive so if I go that route Ill have to make a list so Im not driving 130 miles just for the screw
