Cold start rough idle

Hello I have this clk c209 in it has really rough idle on cold start once it's warm it's fine I have ordered a maf sensor but upon testing the old one the voltages through a multimeter seemed okay idle at .6 volts and went up pretty smooth through the rev range i also removed intake pipe to the throttle body and was very oily so I cleaned that up I am replacing the sensor tomorrow and will re clean all the intake pipes but wondering if anyone else has any ideas on where else to look after this I am not convinced the sensor is the issue! Any help would be appreciated

I have measured fuel trims they are fine
compression is fine
Pcv is fine
No vacuum leaks tried from all different areas hot and cold
Only thing I am unsure of is the throttle body I have 2 videos i made it learn the stop again and removed it completely it has slight play almost like its free movement for a degree or two
it also clicks when ignition is on this may be normal but I am unfamiliar with these engines
it won't let me upload a video on here for some reason but it pushed it self shut fully when learning but when you turn it of it never reaches that point and i also put my fonger against it running and it seems to smooth the engine idle out im unsure if this could be the cause as it is much better when warm the clicking is loud when ignition is on and stops when you start it but it seems as though the slight play in the throttle body could cause it but I'm not sure
